Throughout my 40year career, I have gained extensive clinical supervision skills through additional qualifications, and hands-on experience, supervising Counsellors, Community Welfare Workers and Social Workers.

 

I have worked in various challenging practice settings including Probation & Parole, Community Health, TAFE and University Counselling and Workcover. For 26 years I was a university counsellor at University of Wollongong and Western Sydney University.

Since 2003, I have enjoyed being in private practice. From 2022 I transitioned from mental health counselling to focus exclusively on offering Clinical Supervision.

 

Supervisees often express feeling understood, professionally resourced and supported. Supervisees report that they find our clinical supervision discussions highly beneficial to their clinical practice.
